Victoria Banks
Victoria Banks is a legal and policy professional with an interest in international development, human rights, law, information technology, project management, policy and governance.

Victoria has worked as a commercial lawyer in a private law firm, a policy analyst and project manager for the Tasmanian government, and conducted social research for a community sector organisation. Victoria has also interned at an international organisation in Bangkok and completed a 12 month assignment with the Red Cross in the Philippines.

In her spare time, Victoria is the Vice-President of the Tasmanian board of an international not-for-profit and has spent time as Tasmania’s representative and Director on the Australian board. Victoria holds a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney, Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Information Systems and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the University of Tasmania.

Adele Spencer
Adele is a public health sector professional, and has spent the past ten years working across Australia in the research, community, state and federal government sectors.

Adele has worked on a number of high profile projects, including implementation of federal election commitments, managing intergovernmental relationships and provision of policy, project and governance advice on one of the largest infrastructure projects in Tasmania.

Outside of Banks Spencer Consulting, Adele holds a volunteer role as secretary for the Tasmanian board of an international not-for-profit organisation. Adele has a Masters of Public Health from the University of Western Australia, as well as a Bachelor of Science, with honours in psychology from the University of Queensland.
